Mattingly Sports wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our website, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling or other additional charges.
All items must be returned in new condition, in original boxes (whenever possible); bat returns must be in original shrink wrap, with all of the paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. A copy of your original sales receipt must be included. Contact customer.service@mattinglybaseball.com for a return authorization number. Once a return authorization has been issued the item should be returned within 30 days of issue or the return authorization will be closed and not reissued.
Warranty:
Mattingly Sports has a one-year, one-time limited non wood bat warranty that covers all manufacturing defects from normal field usage including: severe denting, cracking, breaking, loose or detached end cap, loose or broken knob. This warranty does not cover bats that have been abused, altered in any way or mistreated; bats that have been used in a commercial batting cage, bats purchased from non-authorized Mattingly Sports dealers or individuals; bats purchased at auction, or on auction websites without the express written consent of Mattingly Sports; used bats purchased from re-sellers; grip replacement; graphics, paint, decals or stickers.
There is no warranty or guaranty on wooden bats.
Damaged/defective Items:
If you received an item that was damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact the Mattingly Sports customer service department immediately at customer.service@mattinglybaseball.com. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Defective items can be exchanged for the identical item only, a refund cannot be issued. In the event that the defective item has been discontinued the current version of that item will be substituted. . Once a return authorization has been issued the item MUST be returned within 30 days of issue or the return authorization will be closed and not reissued.
Wrong Item:
If the item you received is different from what you originally ordered, please contact the customer service department immediately at customer.service@mattinglybaseball.com. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
When you call or email Mattingly Sports customer service, please have your internet order number available. If the item was incorrect please provide us with a description of the difference between the item you ordered and the item you received. The item MUST be returned within 30 days of issue or the return authorization will be closed and not reissued.
Exchange:
We do not accept exchanges at this time. You may make a return if your original purchase was made from www.mattinglybaseball.com within 30 days.
