Mattingly supports the “Al and Al Coaching Program”, donating bats to 40 of their clinics. For more than 28 years, “Little” Al Herback and “Big” Al Price have presented their program and resources to more than 50,000 managers/coaches and 60,000 players. Their "Know Your Baseball" training program is the Little League Official Education Program for managers and coaches.

Play Ball USA’s mission is to promote healthy lifestyles for the youth of America through participation in community recreational baseball and softball programs. Based in Arizona, Super Series Baseball is a youth league focused in the Midwest, with participants ranging from age 8 to 18. The top players in each division and tournaments compete to win the coveted BEAST Awards from Mattingly Baseball.
